Rules for the submission of abstracts<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

We invite you to submit abstracts for the \u201eInternational Students\u2019 Conference of Medical<\/strong><\/span>
\nSimulation \u2013 Wroc\u0142aw, 2023\u201d<\/strong>. All qualified papers will be presented online at the event on<\/span>
\n4th of February 2023. Topics of submitted papers should cover the area of medical<\/span>
\nsimulation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The abstract should include:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf title in English,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf name of author(s),<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf full affiliation of author(s),<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf degree\/title, first letter of the first name and surname of the supervisor,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf name and e-mail of the presenting author(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

The abstract should be structured as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf introduction,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf aim of the research,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf material and methods,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf results,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf discussion and conclusions.<\/span><\/p>\n

When using abbreviations, it is necessary to give the full wording the first time they are<\/span>
\nused. Keywords (3-6) should be given in English, according to the MeSH (Medical Subject<\/span>
\nHeadings Index Medicus) catalogues. Keywords must not be a repetition of the title of the paper.<\/span>
\nThe abstract should be prepared in English.<\/span>
\nVolume of the abstract: max. 400 words.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The deadline for abstract submission is 22 January 2023.<\/strong><\/span>
\nAuthors will be notified of the acceptance of the abstract by 23 January 2023.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The organizers have also prepared a poster session to which you can submit your proposals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Poster (what should it contain?)<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u25cf Information about the author\/authors (academic title, name, surname, affiliation, email<\/span> address<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf A short introduction to the research topic along with a precisely defined aim of the<\/span> research<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Methods<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Results<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Conclusions<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Optional: cited literature (maximum 10 most crucial items)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Recognition of people who contributed to the work<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Poster\u2019s format \u2013 A1 (59,4 cm x 84,1 cm) \u2013 vertical or horizontal<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Conference logo located in the left upper corner (LOGO\u2019s link) and adjusted in size<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Sans-serif font<\/span> o For the title from 90 to 140 pt.<\/span> o For headings from 36 to 84 pt.<\/span> o For text from 18 to 26 pt.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25cf Print (text, figures) minimum 0.5 cm from the edge of the poster.<\/span><\/p>\n
