Conference participation can be registered in two ways:
1. via the online registration form (link),
2. by email – by sending the completed registration form to: konferencja.cff@umw.edu.pl. The registration form is available here (file: Registration Form 2026).
CONFERENCE FEE
• Early bird: 50 EUR – until 31 March 2026
• Standard fee: 75 EUR – from 1 April 2026
The conference fee should be paid on the day of registration to the following bank account number: 48 1090 2402 0000 0001 6310 4164, with the reference: “CFF Conference, First Name, Last Name”. The conference fee is non-refundable.

Abstracts for lectures and poster presentations should be sent to: konferencja.cff@umw.edu.pl.
The deadline for abstract submission is 25 April 2026.
POSTER SESSION – TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Please note that all posters prepared for the poster session must meet the following criteria:
• Language: English
• Format: A1 (594 × 841 mm)
• Orientation: Portrait
• Form: Printed (paper) version
Electronic poster presentations will not be available.
Please ensure that your materials comply with the above guidelines, which will ensure a consistent format of the session and comfortable presentation conditions.
POLYMERS IN MEDICINE
We invite you to submit post-conference articles to the journal Polymers in Medicine.
Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the current editorial guidelines available on the journal’s website: https://polimery.umw.edu.pl/en/submit-manuscript. Please review the rules regarding manuscript structure, text formatting, and editorial requirements before submission.
The deadline for article submission is 30 May 2026.
We warmly encourage you to publish the research results presented during the conference.
