The registration form is available <a href=\"https:\/\/konferencje.umw.edu.pl\/konferencjacff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2026\/03\/Formularz-zgloszeniowy-2026.docx\">here<\/a> (file: Registration Form 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONFERENCE FEE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Early bird: 50 EUR \u2013 until 31 March 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Standard fee: 75 EUR \u2013 from 1 April 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference fee should be paid on the day of registration to the following bank account number: <strong>48 1090 2402 0000 0001 6310 4164<\/strong>, with the reference: \u201c<strong>CFF Conference, First Name, Last Name<\/strong>\u201d. The conference fee is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABSTRACTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The abstract template is available <a href=\"https:\/\/konferencje.umw.edu.pl\/konferencjacff\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2026\/03\/template_2026.docx\">here<\/a> (file: Template 2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abstracts for lectures and poster presentations should be sent to: <strong>konferencja.cff@umw.edu.pl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deadline for abstract submission is <strong>25 April 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POSTER SESSION \u2013 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that all posters prepared for the poster session must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2022 Language<\/strong>: English<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Format:<\/strong> A1 (594 \u00d7 841 mm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Orientation: <\/strong>Portrait<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Form: <\/strong>Printed (paper) version<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Electronic poster presentations will not be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure that your materials comply with the above guidelines, which will ensure a consistent format of the session and comfortable presentation conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POLYMERS IN MEDICINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite you to submit <strong>post-conference articles<\/strong> to the journal <strong>Polymers in Medicine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the current editorial guidelines available on the journal\u2019s website: https:\/\/polimery.umw.edu.pl\/en\/submit-manuscript.
