He works psychotherapeutically with adults, adolescents, and young people, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, trauma-related responses, and relational difficulties. He is the Director of Cambridgeshire Sports Physio and Back Care Ltd, where he has supported the development and management of a multidisciplinary clinical service. Matt is also a core trainer at the Psychotherapy Institute in Manchester and provides supervision for Transactional Analysis psychotherapists. He is the co-founder and production director of The Transactional Analysis Podcast and the author of the Relational Orbits Model \u2014 a framework for understanding relational dynamics.
