Discount:

For group registration from the same affiliation (university, institute), there will be a discount of:

5 EUR for each of 5 or more participants and an additional 1 EUR for up to 20 persons (maximum discount is 20 EUR per person); all registrations must be paid as one transfer and the invoices must be issued for the same entity

We do our best to keep the registration fees as low as possible, especially for all registered young scientists.

Included in the conference fee are:

For regular participants and students, access to all conference sessions, conference materials with symposium badge, program and the abstract book, coffee-breaks, tickets to lunches and social evenings. 

The conference fee for accompanying persons includes: lunch tickets, social evening events and excursions. The conference fee excludes individual travel, accommodation and personal insurance costs. The symposium organizers can assist in finding affordable accommodation upon request.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to March 10 100% refund (excl. 30 euro bank fee)
From March 10 to May 10 50% refund (excl. 30 euro bank fee)
After May 10 (and in case of a no-show) No refund
