PRESENTATIONS – REQUIREMENTS

Poster Format and Presentation:

  • Your posters should be in a horizontal format, and the dimensions should not exceed a height of 70 cm and a width of 90 cm. Please ensure that your posters adhere to these size specifications, as they will be prominently displayed near the main lecture hall throughout the conference.
  • Please make sure to print your posters in advance and bring them with you to the conference. Our team will assist you in setting up your posters near the main lecture hall. Further instructions on poster placement and setup will be provided closer to the event date.
  • The poster session will be integrated into our coffee breaks, providing a unique opportunity for attendees to engage with your research. We encourage you to be present during the poster sessions to discuss your work and answer any questions from interested participants. If there is a need to print a poster on-site, we recommend our friendly company Grunwald24 https://grunwald24.pl/plakaty-plansze/ The print order can be placed by e-mail and the poster itself can be collected in person, or it can be sent by courier.
  • To facilitate networking and inquiries related to your research, we recommend including your contact information on the poster. You can choose to provide this information in the form of a QR code linking to your email address or other preferred means of contact. This will enable participants reading your poster to reach out to you with questions or for further discussions regarding your research findings.
