Fees for participation in the Conference are as follows:

- Passive participation – PLN 100
- Active participation – PLN 250
- Active participation for UMW students and workers – PLN 150
- Participation in workshops – PLN 100 per workshop (maximum two available) – free for Members of BFCS or ISEBTT
- Gala dinner – PLN 50 per person

What is included in the fee?
- Conference fees include admission to all conference sessions, coffee/tee/water breaks, and access to online conference proceedings.
- Passive participation – no poster/oral presentation/no possibility to participate in workshops
- Active participation – poster/oral presentation, a possibility to participate in workshops, and competitions for the best oral/poster presentation
- Conference fee does not include your accommodation
